Eating in Capri

Our first meal on Capri was dinner Sunday evening (after arriving and settling in), and it was outstanding.  A young woman at the front desk recommended this restaurant, and she was on target for what we wanted.  Ristorante Da Giorgio sits along the road just down from Capri Center, which means it is high up on the side of the cliffs with a breathtaking view of the sea.  We walked in around 7:30 and it was mostly empty, but really a nice atmosphere.  However, by 8:30 the people had started arriving and it was very busy.  We were just a little early, but didn't care as we were nearing the end of our nearly 24 hour day.  The food was fantastic and the views were stunning.
